A child in a Bronx apartment building suffered lead paint poisoning from his exposure to the paint on the apartment walls, ceilings and floors which had an unsafe lead content. The child suffered cognitive and motor skill delays. This settlement will provide a lifetime payout for the benefit of the child.
Automobile Accident: $1,975,000
The plaintiff’s vehicle was stopped and struck from behind by a bus in the Bronx. After receiving minor treatment for his back injuries, he underwent back surgery and was unable to return to work.
